The stamp HF is the mark of HUGUENIN Freres of Le Locle Switzerland.
They produced jewels, watches and olympic medals.
Curiosity:
Around 1926 the king of England Edward VIII commissioned Tavannes to make for him a custom watch that could be worn as a belt buckle while He playing golf.
With a discreet press on a small bottom of the watch portion, the buckle would flip open at 90 degree angle to its case.
In this position the time could be read.

Curiosità:
Circa nel 1926 il re d’Inghilterra Enrico VIII commissionò a Tavannes di produrre per lui un orologio che potesse essere indossato come una fibbia nella cintura mentre giocava a golf.
Con una lieve pressione di un piccolo bottone sull’orologio, la fibbia si apriva a scatto con un angolo di 90 gradi rispetto alla cassa.
In questa posizione si poteva leggere l’ora.
